Totara Fun Fair

 We had a fun day at school. We had tickets that let us have food. Also we got to go swimming. They also let us do many other things. The best part was the cotton candy because it was sweet and fluffy.

did photography.  we learnt how to make things bigger and how to the the big thing at the right angle.  it was fun.  i hope i get to do it again

Today at school we had a fun thing happened. At the hall the man told us some things. We went off into different classrooms to do different things. My thing I did with photography and stop motion animation It was fun my favourite was stop motion.  It was fun, once the bell rang we finished. And that was the end of that.

We went to the museum to learn about the Hei Tiki.  We learn’t that the Hei Tiki was originally for girls. Also we made felt Hei Tikis of our own that we could keep. I put little overalls on mine.

This is a modified version of twister It's modified so you can dance to the spots. I did this all by myself but I did have a little bit of help for the painting. I hope juniors in our school enjoy the game.

My game was made with paint, black nail polish, paper, fabric, cardboard and tape.

In my piece of art work, I have used 4 symbols about the Sacred Heart. I used the heart as the main piece and around it, a crown of thorns. On top of the heart there is a cross, on the cross are two flames. The flames represent Jesus heart burning. 

😀 The Opera came to our school. It was funny. The act was the Elixar of Love. The music was first performed in Italy in 1832. My favourite character was the fish n chip man because he made me laugh. It is hard for me to pick a favourite thing because it was all so funny.

➕Today we made the tomb that Jesus rose from. The resurrection is when Jesus rose from the dead. He gave his life for us. When he died they put him in the tomb and they rolled a round, big stone in front of the tomb. Then one day Mary with her friends went over to see Jesus and the angel appeared and said "Jesus has risen". They looked in the tomb and saw just his clothes, he was gone.
